The Anvil Conveyor Oven has 3 variable setting that will affect the outcome of you pizzas - Top element temperature, bottom elementtemparture, and the speed setting. Here are some suggestions to get you started: For Pizza topped with sauce and cheese - Soft Base
Top Temp. setting 160°C
Bottom Temp. setting 250°C
Speed setting 10 (05:20 actual cooking time)
For Pizza topped with sauce and cheese - Crispy Base
Step 1: Precook dough only
Top Temp. setting 160°C
Bottom Temp. setting 250°C
Speed setting 17 (03:43 actual cooking time)
Step 2: Add sauce and topping
Top Temp. setting 160°C
Bottom Temp. setting 250°C
