Shipping

Delivery dates are based on current industrial conditions and no warranty is given by the supplier in regard thereof.

No claim shall be held liable against the supplier for equipment lost or damaged in transit between the supplier and customers premises unless otherwise stated. 

Customers or any third party assigned by the customer shall sign for the delivery documents if all the equipment reflects the order purchased correctly & that the equipment is in good condition. The customer shall be the onus of proving the contrary in the event of any subsequent dispute regarding this. 

Payment Options

Payment for all equipment purchased and services supplied shall be invoiced to the customer to be paid in full to supplier before delivery or collection. 

The customer will be liable to the supplier for interest charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% (Two Percent) over and exceeding the prime lending rate charged by the First National Bank of Southern Africa limited from time to time. Without prejudice to the supplier’s additional or alternative rights of the law.

Notwithstanding any granting of credit or undertaking so to do on the part of the Supplier to the Customer at any time. the Supplier hereby reserves the right at any time to require payment In forms of cash on delivery, without any reason therefore.

Installation

Some of our equipment needs professionals to help you install them correctly, so that your machines operate effectively. 

We can safely install your equipment or help you find the right people at a fair price. 

Please note that WEDOALL will not be held liable if your equipment breaks due to incorrect installation. 

Please ask as many questions as possible if you do not understand how equipment works or how equipment should be installed.
