- 2 x 20 liter Per Pan Gas Fryer Specifications
- The 2 pan gas fryer is manufactured from 1.2mm Stainless Steel 430 grade.
- Gas fryer consists of 2 x 20 litre oil pans that are individually heated and controlled.
- Cooking temperature is maintained by means of a Eurosit Gas valve. The valve is fitted with a three way pilot burner as well as thermocouple.
- Each pan is heated by means of one burner, each burner has a maximum output of 90 000 BTU/h.
- The gas fryers have been tested and approved by the LP Gas safety association.
